We are now interviewing Internal and External for our Lead Associate position at our Beaumont, TX location. The lead position requires the same expectations as a Sales Associate with added responsibility and will take on Management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager. The Lead will also supervise hourly employees, receive orders, and help with inventory, control labor and cost of goods sold, Opening / Closing Responsibilities.  Lead employees have to have great communication skills, leadership abilities, outgoing personalities, professional appearance, and ability to interact positively with all co-workers and provide Super Star Service to our fans by providing them with the ultimate Dallas Cowboys Experience.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18-

Must have a HS Diploma or GED

Must Pass Background Check

Must Pass Drug Test

At least 1- year of Retail Experience

 At least 1- year of Retail Lead or Assistant Management Experience

Open Availability – Days/Nights/Weekends

25-28 Hours per week
