Giveaway Rules

How to Enter:

One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered.

Visit the giveaway website and submit your entry. You may also visit Parkdale Mall and scan one of the giveaway signs placed throughout the mall.

Congrats! You are now entered for a chance to win one filled backpack, valued at $500! Two backpacks will be given away, a total value of $1,000.

Winners will be randomly drawn and contacted on August 19, 2024.

By entering the giveaway, you consent to receiving occasional marketing emails from Parkdale Mall. Mange your subscription preferences from the link in the footer of any email communication.

A successful entry will receive a confirmation after pressing submit on the entry form.

The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and DC who are 18+ years of age or older at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. Employees of CBL & Associates Management, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible (as defined as parents, parents-in-law, children, siblings, and spouse) to enter or win. No purchase necessary to enter.

A random drawing of all entries will be conducted on August 19, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Two winners will be randomly drawn, one winner per backpack. A person may not win both backpacks. If the same name is drawn for both backpacks, an alternate winner will be drawn for the second backpack. Winners will be notified via email to the email address entered for the giveaway. Winner must pick up prize in person at the mall office, 6155 Eastex Freeway, Suite 200, Beaumont, TX 77706, during the times of Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Prize must be claimed by September 2, 2024.

Value of each backpack is $500. Prizes may be exchanged per the exchange policy of the retailer where the merchandise came from.

In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed, prize will be forfeited.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries at the time of the drawing.
